Hey guys. Long time didnt post as the 202 has been great and still is!!

However a few days ago I noticed a noise like a screw rolling inside somewhere when ever I turn left or right. Its coming from inside the dash somewhere (from what I can hear). I removed everything out of the glove compartment and trays and stil nothing.

Anyone have this issue or did something break inside my dash?

i think i've got the same issue a while ago but then a week later it probably rolled out so i didn't hear anything from that point on.
i thought mine was coming from the steering column.

Yes thats where I hear it coming from...somewhere there or close to the instrument cluster.

At one point when I touched the dash I felt it rolling.

How or where will it come out I dont know. It sounds eitheir from under the gauge cluster or on top of the center vents inside.

flip ur car over several times that will get it out

seriously though i doubt there is a way to get it out, so i say just be patient and hope it drops out sooner more than later

yup, that little piece may be put, but then u might end up with something significantly bigger that's noisy and useless...

i agree with abuimad. just wait for a while, it will drop.

this make me remember when I dismounted the internal carpet in the passenger foot area: due to a free screw that was rolling between the carpet and the car metal frame:eek:
I've dismounted half car!

really annoing me!

good luck:)

yea the radio always helps getting rid of any noise - I had my exhaust off for about 3 days and of coarse I have to drive my car so just turn up the music and who cares about the fact that everyone at the stop light is giving me the finger LMAO thats their problem!!! :D :D :D

try going up and down over curbs!

My freind has a 94 C220 W202. Where its parked on his driveway, there is a set of more then a dozen skid tire burnouts from the car....gives you an idea of how he drives it.

All I can say is the car has 160 000kms and it drives now like it has a million....in other words crap.

I get the most enjoyment from the car with my favourite songs playing through the wonderful BOSE.
